What is Souq Juman?

Souq Juman is a Bahrain-based multi-vendor online marketplace. Customers can discover local stores, browse their products, place a combined order and follow each store's fulfilment progress from one account.

What you can find

Our marketplace focuses on selected local products, including jewellery, perfumes, abayas, accessories, beauty products and wellness items. Each product identifies the store offering it.

How an order works

• Choose products from one or more participating stores.
• Pay in Bahraini dinar through our secure payment provider, Tap Payments.
• Each store prepares and fulfils its part of the order.
• Track the progress of each store from your Souq Juman account.

Our role

We provide the technology that connects customers and independent sellers, processes marketplace orders and supports a consistent shopping experience. Participating sellers remain responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality and fulfilment of the products they list, while Souq Juman supports customers and sellers throughout the transaction.
