Delete your Souq Juman account

Delete from the app

1. Sign in to your customer account.
2. Open the Account tab.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Review the notice and confirm permanent deletion.

Request deletion on the web

If you cannot use the app, send the request from the email address attached to your account. The Souq Juman team will verify account ownership before completing it.

What is deleted?

The customer account, profile data, and sign-in association are deleted. We may retain order and transaction records where legally required for accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution, then remove them under our retention policy.

Verified deletion requests are handled promptly and no later than 30 days unless applicable law requires otherwise.
